I have been hunting for as long as I can remember. Some of my favorite memories growing up are hunting with my dad in Mexico. Seven years ago, Rich, my father-in-law, took me out on my first waterfowl hunt and I was hooked. I started guiding big game hunts for friends and family in Central California in 2019. It was then my passion for guiding started. Soon after I started guiding in Central Ca. Rich and I started the dream of doing guided goose hunts in Northern California, and that's where North Central Hunts gets its name.

I grew up in Glenn County and was raised hunting and fishing the surrounding areas my entire life. From large game to waterfowl and upland game birds, hunting the Sacramento Valley is part of who I am. I have raised three children and have brought them up to appreciate the lifestyle of hunting. Waterfowl hunting has been a hobby of mine for many years. It's been extremely fun to share my knowledge and experiences with others, as well having a good time with our clients in the blind.

I have been in the outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping since I was in diapers. I owe that all to my parents. I have been waterfowl hunting since I was 8. From floating out on the top of a decoy bag to get to the blinds, to chasing deer in the mountains, and catching fish in our rivers, lakes, and ocean. I have been a refuge rat and a private duck club hunter. Getting old enough to mold both hunters into one. Waterfowl is what I love the most. But I also go for upland birds and big game. Striped bass fishing holds me over in the spring and summer until waterfowl comes back around.

I was introduced into the outdoors at an incredibly early age, my father even says he had me out with him when I was still in dippers! So, we could say I have hunted for an extraordinarily long time and everything I have learned is because of them! I am 40 years old and although I spend most of my free time outdoors would enjoy emerging myself even deeper into this way of life. Hunting is not an easy task whether you are out for a massive bull elk or a tiny quail but that's not what hunting is about the pursuit is fun and the icing on the cake is harvesting an animal but what hunting really is about is about reconnecting with family, old friends or making new ones!
I have been hunting since the age of 9 and started getting into waterfowl guiding when I was 17. Being able to use my knowledge and resources has allowed me to share this experience with others. On the off season of waterfowl guiding, I also enjoy archery hunting, deer hunting, and do dirt track racing with my IMCA Sport Modified.
