Return Policy 

NCH strives to provide quality products and all of our products undergo quality check before shipping.

All sales are final, except for manufacturer defects present upon receipt. No returns or exchanges are accepted for worn items. Manufacturer defects include, but are not limited to: fabric flaws (holes, uneven color, stains, distortions), and construction errors (broken seams, faulty closures, incorrect sizing). Defects from wear and tear are not covered.
